Through the years, students have implemented some techniques in order to make easier the learning proccess. There are many different types of techniques learners can use to study, for example, mind maps. "Mind mapping, a form of visual outlining, may seem superficial, but once mastered it provides a powerful tool for managing information overload and the hyperbolic multitasking of the modern world. " (Woods, 2009)
What is Mind Maps?

A mind map is prevelant tool in education. It is technique that help you to organize the most important information. It allows you to analize the most important points and ideas. It is easier for you to learn from mind maps because they contain the most important aspects of the reading.
What are the advantages of Mind Maps?
- It works as a recall strategy. It trains your mind for more efficient retention and recall.
- Concise information. Since you use words or short definitions, all the most relevant information is in the mind map allowing you to think and learn.
- Understanding. It helps you to understand and not only to memorize.
- Mental associations. It helps you to associate the information.
Advices to Make a Mind Map.
- Use key words, symbols, and pictures packed with meaning and association that work for you.
- Weave them together by color, positioning, outlines, or arrows.
- Go over the topic you want to learn.
- Use de most important concepts from the most general to the most especific.
